Representing Sound:

Our theme is going to be based on music which is the best way to embrace sound. The art of music can be described in many ways, I am going to create a look that is based on sound as well to compliment the work of the artist. My work is going to portray the ways we can interpret sound distribution. Valrie PowellDesigner - Cherry Chic by Valrie PowellMy greatest influence is my mother and my admiration for her strength is the building block and foundation of my designs. My designs are the new-aged working woman; she is an individual that commands attention, not by what she says but by what she wears. One can say how you look and feel, can speak more volumes than what can actually be said. I hope to portray the embodiment of individual women inspired by independence-- empowered by confidence and success of any profession.
